AGENTSINO MOBILE BETTING APP REVIEW

Agentsino is a new online mobile bookmaker that launched in 2021. While the site’s online casino is the main attraction, the Agentsino sportsbook has plenty to offer too. Agentsino is owned and operated by Curacao-based SG International N.V., a mid-sized player in the online gambling industry, and the site is licensed and regulated by Netherlands Antilles (Curacao).

Whilst Agentsino does not offer a native mobile betting app, it does have a well-designed mobile platform that can be accessed using most mobile browsers. We’ve spent plenty of time exploring this mobile offering, and this review will tell you everything you need to know about it. Overall, after reading this review, you will have more than enough information to decide whether Agentsino is the best bookmaker for you.

Agentsino Sign-Up Offer

Those who open a new account with Agentsino using their mobile devices can choose between one of two welcome bonus packages. They can claim a casino welcome bonus, or a bookmaker welcome bonus, but both offers are valued at up to £450 over your first two deposits. You can choose the welcome bonus you want to claim when you are making your first deposit.

The first portion of the Agentsino bookmaker welcome bonus is a 100% match deposit bonus, up to £250. You will be prompted to select the bonus when you make your first deposit, then – once you have made your minimum qualifying deposit of £10 or more – Agentsino will automatically credit the bonus cash to your bonus account. So, if you deposit £250, then you will have £250 in your regular player account, as well as an additional £250 in your bonus account.

To convert the bonus money into real withdrawable cash, you must wager through the bonus amount 15 times on single bets with odds of 4/5 or greater. If you want to wager accumulators to reach the rollover target, each selection on your ticket must have odds of 4/5 or greater. The maximum stake amount for qualifying wagers is £25, and your winnings are capped at £1,000. You have 30 days to meet the wagering conditions.

The second portion of the Agentsino bookmaker bonus can be claimed when you make your second minimum deposit of £10. This time, the bookmaker will 50% match your deposit up to £200. Like the first portion, you can convert the bonus cash into real money by wagering the bonus amount 15 times. Each single wager must have odds of 4/5 or greater. For accumulators, each selection must have 4/5 odds or greater. Qualifying wagers are capped at £25, and you can withdraw up to £1,000 as a result of this bonus.

To help simplify things, here are the main bonus terms and conditions you should consider before committing to this deal:

All in all, this is a fairly generous offer, although the minimum odds on qualifying wagers are a little steep, especially where accumulators are concerned. Having 30 days to satisfy the wagering requirements is certainly reasonable, however.

Agentsino Mobile App

As noted in our introduction, Agentsino does not offer a native app. Instead, the main website is configured for mobile devices, and can be accessed in full by simply using your device’s browser.

In general, we were fans of the layout here. This mobile platform is smartly designed and easy to navigate. The interface has a dark colour scheme that is very easy on the eyes, and it’s nice and easy to both read text on the site and see the odds.

Upon arriving at the site using their phone or tablet, sports bettors can scroll down to select the sportsbook section. When you get to the sportsbook, the menu at the top of the screen allows you to choose from the pre-match and live betting menus. You can also hit the menu icon to find today’s events, upcoming matches, and results, or find a specific sport or event by swiping across the sports menu.

Punters who have used other mobile bookmakers will immediately be familiar with the layout, which is pretty standard stuff. Those who are new to mobile betting, meanwhile, will still quickly adapt, as the platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Agentsino App for iOS

Agentsino does not offer a dedicated iOS bookmaker app. We did reach out to the customer service team to enquire whether an iOS app was in the works, but did not receive a conclusive answer.

In any event, iOS users don’t need an app to enjoy the Agentsino sports betting experience while they are on the go. They can simply launch their Safari mobile browser to open a new account, claim a bonus, and start betting on sports.

Agentsino App for Android

As is the case with iOS users, Android users do not yet have access to an Agentsino app, and there are no indications that an Android app will be released in the future. In the meantime, Android owners only need to open their mobile web browser and head over to the Agentsino sportsbook to get full access to the betting markets, special offers, and so on.

Other Agentsino Apps

Those who want to have some fun at the Agentsino casino can also open their mobile browser to play their favourite games, many of which are available in ‘instant play’ mode. Even without a dedicated Agentsino Casino app, players still have access to over 2,800 of Agentsino’s 3,000+ games. This huge games library is brought to you by over 60 leading software studios, so you can generally be sure that the games are fair, and of a high quality.

Advantages of Agentsino Mobile App

Agentsino might not have an actual app, but there’s still plenty to like about its mobile site. Here are some of the biggest advantages with which it presents punters.

Layout and Design

The Agentsino mobile site provides punters with a sleek and easy-to-use interface. Everything is right where you would expect it to be, meaning you are never more than a tap or two away from finding exactly what you are looking for. You can check out all of the live and upcoming events for today, or scroll through the calendar to look for more upcoming events.

To place a bet, you just need to tap on the selection you want to make, and it’ll instantly be added to your betslip. Entering your player profile to upload verification documents, change your settings, do your banking, and so on are all equally easy.

Licensed and Regulated

Agentsino possesses a license from Netherlands Antilles in Curacao. Whilst this particular license isn’t held in the highest esteem, the licensing authority has still gained a bit of respect over the past few years. While UK punters might prefer to do their sports betting at a site that’s licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, we’d still confidently state that Agentsino is legit.

Bookmaker Welcome Bonus

Big-time bonus hunters should be pleased with the bookmaker welcome bonus at Agentsino, which can be claimed when they sign up or as they are making their first minimum deposit.

Punters who claim the bookmaker bonus can earn up to £450 in bonus cash over their first two deposits, which is certainly nothing to sneeze at. Whilst the bonus terms and conditions aren’t the most player-friendly, they are still reasonable, and punters shouldn’t have too much trouble converting the bonus cash into withdrawable money.

Banking Options

Like a lot of top-tier online bookmakers, Agentsino supports a good selection of secure payment options that are popular in the UK. Those who use cryptocurrency will be happy to learn that Agentsino also accepts a variety of cryptos including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and Litecoin. On top of that, you can deposit and withdraw using a range of other methods including debit cards, eWallets, and prepaid cards.

Full Spectrum of Sports

One of the most attractive things about the Agentsino mobile site is definitely the number of sports and leagues you’ll find on the betting menu. It’s obvious that the bookmaker places a premium on its football betting offerings, but – when we conducted this review – Agentsino still had over 30 other sports listed on the betting menu. That doesn’t even include special events like the Olympics, and other high-profile events that regularly occur throughout the year.

Competitive Betting Odds

Whether you want to place a pre-match wager or bet on a match that’s in progress, you can look forward to having access to competitive prices. Whilst we would never describe the betting odds as ‘great’, we can confidently say that they are solid at the very least. For instance, the odds margin on a typical Premier League match hover around the 5% mark, whilst NBA two-way lines come in at around 6%.

Live Betting

Live betting has become a standard fixture at online sports betting sites, and almost every reputable bookmaker supports it. When punters pull out their mobile devices and make their way to the Agentsino live betting section, they will be greeted by a multitude of in-play wagering opportunities. It doesn’t matter what time of day or night it is – the live betting action truly never stops here.

Agentsino Betting Features

When we carry out our reviews for new mobile sportsbooks, we typically spend a lot of time discussing the various popular features that are found at so many online bookmakers. These might include tools like cash out, Bet Builder, and live streaming. It is features like these that help to make sports betting so enjoyable.

Unfortunately, Agentsino does not offer many special features of note at all, regardless of which platform you’re using. This is a pretty major downside, that is bound to turn off a lot of potential customers.

With that said, let’s take a look at a few things that you actually can do when you bet on sports using the Agentsino mobile platform.

Betslip Settings

We’re scraping the bottom of the barrel here, to an extent, but the Agentsino betslip does have a couple of useful features.

Under the “Setting Up Your Betslip” tab, you can choose to automatically accept all odds changes, only accept higher odds changes, or not accept any odds changes. This feature will mainly appeal to in-play bettors, as live odds are obviously prone to constant change.

Those who like placing accumulators can also make use of the betslip’s “Load/Save Events” feature. If you plan on placing multiple accumulators that feature a common selection, you can save that selection and have it automatically appear on new tickets. This can actually save you a bit of time, and make the process of creating an accumulator a little easier.

Up-to-Date Scores

As noted, Agentsino does not support live streaming, which – while hardly surprising – is still a negative. However, you can still follow the action in real-time by entering a match’s live betting menu. Each such menu has a window that presents punters with animations and descriptions of what’s going on. While this visualisation tool obviously can’t compete with genuine live streaming, it still goes some way towards helping you keep up with the latest goings-on.

Statistics

Punters who like to do their research can benefit from Agentsino’s decent selection of statistics, which help you to make informed wagers. By entering a match’s betting menu and hitting the statistics icon at the top, you can check out a variety of helpful stats. Head-to-head stats, fixtures, player stats, rankings, and other related facts are just a tap away. Many of these are impressively specific too, with those who bet on tennis – for instance – being able to see how players perform on different surfaces.

My Favourites

Using the My Favourites feature makes it easy to keep track of upcoming events that you want to wager on. You can simply tap on the star icon beside to add it to your list of favorites. Instead of having to sift through the menu to find the match, you can simply hit the “My Favorites” tab to bring up the match’s betting menu.

Set Your Own Limits

Like all good bookies, Agentsino doesn’t want customers to develop troubling gambling habits. As such, it encourages users to take advantage of its safe gambling resources, with one of these being the ability to set your own limits on the amount of time and money you spend at Agentsino.

To be honest, however, even this feature is somewhat second-rate. Reputable bookmakers typically allow you to set these types of limits in a “Responsible Gambling” section in your player profile. Not Agentsino. If you want to set limits here, you must instead contact the customer support team to arrange those limits.

Online Casino Games

As touched upon elsewhere, Agentsino’s bread and butter is its online casino. This is actually excellent, which could leave sports bettors wondering why Agenstino can’t display a similar level of commitment to its sportsbook.

Over 60 software developers have been engaged here, like Microgaming, iSoftBet, Playson, and Amatic. In total, this means that the casino is loaded with more than 3,000 games, and over 2,800 of them are playable in your mobile browser. The bulk of these are slots, as you’d expect, but there are also plenty of both computer-run and live-dealer table games available to choose between. Better still, you can often choose between playing for real money, or trying them out for free in demo mode.

Agentsino Betting Markets

Agentsino certainly does have some drawbacks, as you’ll see throughout this review, but its sports betting menu is not one of them. In fact, in terms of both quantity and quality, it’s up there with the very best offerings around.

This mobile bookmaker covers over 30 different sports, along with other special events like the Olympics and Pan Am Games that only come around every few years. Some of the more popular mainstream sports include football, basketball, rugby, golf, tennis, and a full range of North American leagues like the NFL and NBA.

On top of offering so many sports, the bookmaker covers a diverse cross-section of leagues from all over the world. For instance, basketball bettors can bet on a lot more than just the NBA, with everything from the NCAA and NBL, to the Iran Super League being covered. Another thing that Agentsino should be commended on is its excellent coverage of niche sports, with just some of the smaller markets on offer including table tennis, bandy, floorball, handball, and water polo.

From a punter’s perspective, the real challenge begins right after you have found the match you want to wager on. That’s because each match gives bettors a plethora of live and pre-match betting opportunities, that go far beyond the traditional sides and totals. You’ll find numerous player props, team props, and game props too here, and – in many cases – you can find both half-time and full-time wagers to place.

Football Betting

Football is the most popular online betting sport in the UK by far, so it’s no surprise that Agentsino has made such a great effort to ensure its coverage is top-shelf. In this respect, it has certainly succeeded.

The Agentsino mobile site offers odds on every major league and event you can think of, including the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, and so on. Agentsino goes above and beyond this, however, with a huge selection of leagues from over 100 different countries being provided. It covers leagues in almost every region, meaning you can bet on contests in everywhere from Bolivia to Malaysia.

Individual popular football matches can offer over 500 unique betting opportunities, which is pretty staggering. That also just accounts for the pre-match options, with the live betting menu adding even more. Some of the most popular football bets on the Agentsino mobile site include:

American Football

Granted, American football isn’t the most popular sport in the UK, but it has significantly bolstered its profile in recent years as the NFL continues to schedule games in London.

Those who follow the NFL love wagering on the sport, simply because there are so many things to bet on. You can wager on outrights before the season starts, then place a huge range of pre-match and live bets when the season begins. Of course, the Super Bowl is also one of the most heavily-wagered individual events in the world.

This review was written during the NFL’s off-season. Nevertheless, Agentsino had a boatload of NFL outright markets open for betting, including Division Winners, Conference Winners, and Super Bowl Winner.

Whilst most people think of the NFL when discussing American football, Agentsino also does a typically great job of covering other markets, with both NCAA football and the Canadian Football League also being included here.

eSports

The popularity of eSports has skyrocketed over the past few years, and Agentsino has done a wonderful job of incorporating eSports into its platform. Hitting the eSports tab in the main betting menu will reveal a whole range of big time video game titles, such as Call of Duty, CS:GO, Dota 2, and LoL.

As is the case with basically every other sport and event on the menu, each eSport match here provides punters with a wide range of live and pre-match betting opportunities. For CS:GO alone, for example, fans can wager on Match Winner, Correct Score, Map Handicap, and more.

Other Betting Markets

As mentioned in our introduction to this section, the Agentsino mobile site has some 30 other sports to choose between, in addition to those we’ve looked at above.

Impressively though, even if you don’t to wager on actual sports or eSports, there are further wagering options. Hitting the “Specials” tab on your mobile device opens up a whole bunch of betting opportunities related to entertainment, politics, and other world events. You can wager on the Oscars, Baftas, Eurovision Song Contest, presidential elections, and a whole lot more besides.

Ongoing Promotions

We’ve already mentioned that Agentsino has its downsides. Well, here we find one of the most obvious of all.

Aside from the welcome bonus, Agentsino does not have any other ongoing promotions at all. This is odd, to say the least, considering how promotions are such an effective way of attracting and retaining customers. As a new bookmaker, you’d think that the sportsbook would have the likes of free bets, enhanced odds, or cashback deals to entice punters into signing up. Instead, there is absolutely nothing.

Hopefully, Agentsino will rectify this problem sooner rather than later. As currently constituted, long-term customers to the brand receive absolutely no ongoing rewards for their loyalty.

Depositing and Banking Options

You shouldn’t have any trouble finding a safe and convenient payment option on the Agentsino mobile site. Even though UK punters are no longer permitted to use credit cards, they still have a variety of UK-friendly options at their disposal, as you can see in the table below. All of these deposit methods are free to use, with payments being processed quickly, and the minimum deposit amount is an industry standard £10.

The range of withdrawal methods is similarly impressive, and the processing times – while not the fastest around – aren’t bad by any means. We should remind you, however, that you’ll need to complete the verification process before you can make a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure at reputable online sportsbooks, which is required by law and the site’s licensing agreement.

The process involves uploading scanned copies of a couple of documents. The first should be a photo ID like a passport or driver’s license, which will prove your age and identity. You’ll also need to upload a document that bears your residential address and full name – something like a mobile bill or bank statement should suffice.

You only need to do this once, and we’d recommend doing so soon after you register if you want to avoid any necessary withdrawal delays. You should also know that you can still deposit funds, claim a bonus, and bet on sports without completing the verification process – you just won’t be able to withdraw until you do.

Customer Support

We already found one glaring omission on the Agentsino mobile site, when we encountered the complete lack of ongoing promotions. Here we find another.

It might seem hard to believe, but Agentsino doesn’t actually offer any direct support, by either live chat or telephone. Whilst Agentsino’s customer support team is on hand 24/7, you can only actually get in touch with them via email, and they warn you that you can expect to wait at least 24 hours to get a response.

We don’t like to be too harsh on the sites we review, but this is totally unacceptable. If you encounter an urgent issue, there’s basically no way to get it solved – you simply have to wait until your email query is answered. To top it off, Agentsino doesn’t even have a basic FAQ section, which only serves to rub salt in the wound.

Security

After a terrible showing with the customer service offering, things do get back on track here. We’re happy to say that Agentsino clearly understands the importance of providing players with the highest levels of security. The site has 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect the transmission of all sensitive data, and HTTP/2 and QUIC are also supported. This is the same type of internet security that your bank would use, which means – in short – that any information you share is highly secure.

On top of that, any personal information that the Agentsino sportsbook retains is kept on a protected database, residing within the site’s secure network, which is protected by state-of-the-art firewalls. For more details, we’d urge prospective customers to check out the privacy policy on the Agentsino mobile site, to learn how your personal information is used.

About Agentsino

Agentsino is relatively new, having only launched in 2021. As such, there’s very little information available about it yet. We do know that the site is owned and operated by SG International N.V. which is based and licensed in Curacao, but obviously there’s not much of a track record for Agenstino itself to speak of. That said, we can already see that this is definitely an international brand, with the site supporting the English, Spanish, and Russian languages, as well as the euro, American dollar, Canadian dollar, and the Mexican peso.

Final Thoughts

To put it politely, Agentsino has a lot of work to do if it wants to become a top online destination for on-the-go casino enthusiasts and sports bettors. On the plus side, the bookmaker covers a heck of a lot of sports, leagues, and events. It provides punters with a vast amount of daily live and pre-match betting options, as well as loads of futures bets. While the average odds margins are a tad on the high side, we can still call them competitive and fair.

Punters should also be satisfied with the welcome bonus. Being able to claim £450 in bonus cash over your first two deposits is more than fair. Even though the 15x rollover condition is deceptively player-friendly, however, we’re not too sure about having to lay 4/5 on the qualifying wagers, particularly as it pertains to accumulators.

We can’t solely focus on the positives here, however, when there are also some pretty overwhelming negatives to consider.

For starters, the Agentsino mobile site is severely lacking when it comes to betting features. Whilst we can give the team a pass on not offering live streaming, we can’t overlook the lack of a cash out tool, bet builder, or many of the other bookmaker features that are so common these days. We already expressed our displeasure with the customer service and absence of ongoing promotions, and the daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits being capped at £7,500 per month might also dissuade more serious punters.

In all, Agentsino has a lot of room to grow, to put it politely. The seeds are here for a very good mobile sportsbook indeed, particularly for those who enjoy having access to an enormous range of betting markets. In its current state though, Agentsino is simply lacking in too many basic areas to be a good option.
